OUR RATES

Renting the Volta apartment costs € 95/night in the low season, while the Pietra apartment costs € 130/night.
However, in the high season the Volta costs € 130/night. The Pietra costs €160/night..

The rates on our apartment include a nightly stay for each apartment. Each of the two apartments can host up to 6 people at a time.

MINIMUM REQUIRED STAY

We usually require our guests a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Discounts are available should you want to stay for more than 14 nights.

The Pietra apartment also includes a bathroom with a tub, ideal for them.

SERVICES AND DEPOSITS

The cost of staying 1 night in Casa Deancò includes heating of the apartments, electricity and water supplies, firewood for the fireplace, Wi-Fi access, apartment cleaning at the end of the stay and access to the internal courtyard, garden and parking lot.


Each apartment features a kitchen with oven and microwave oven, dishes and small appliances, satellite TV, safe box, washing machine*, dishwasher* (*only in Pietra apartment) and hair dryer. Sets of bed linen and bathroom are changed weekly.

The thick, massive walls ensure a environment that makes it unnecessary to have an air conditioner in the summer.

The Casa Deancò considers “high season” the period of time that goes from June 1st to September 30th each year, the Easter week and Christmas vacations included between
December 20th and January 10th of the following year. All the other days are considered low season.

Each booking is intended as confirmed once the deposit has been agreed upon the basis of your stay. The amount can be deposited directly on this bank account via bank transfer.
